LED CENTER HUNG DISPLAY
The Tiger’s unique logo and Missouri’s visual identity were the inspiration for Mizzou Arena’s new 23,500-pound center hung. A distinct and identifiable design was a priority for the school. Branding elements were used to create interesting architectural features, highlighted by LED neon-style lighting accents. From top to bottom, the center hung features a custom venue identification ring, four 6mm, 11×18’ LED screens, a sponsorship ring, and a 10mm LED lower ring. The structure was deployed with six sponsor positions, but built with the capability of upgrading to twelve.
With fall exhibition games around the corner, the University needed a quick turnaround. The vendor was on-sight for ten days, with minimum disruption to the school. As an Owner’s Representative, AJP stayed involved through the construction, installation, and finally the commissioning of the product to ensure the University of Missouri were more than satisfied with their product.
