Another standout project at the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. This building-mounted LED installation at the corner of Figueroa and Olympic boulevards is one of several digital signage projects currently being implemented in and around L.A. LIVE — the premier destination for live entertainment in Downtown Los Angeles, home to sports and music venues, restaurants, a museum, a movie theater, a bowling alley, and more.

As Technology Consultant, AJP provided full design, procurement, and construction oversight services through to final commissioning for a prominent new LED display located at one of the city’s busiest intersections.

The large-format LED display measuring 28.8’ H x 139’ 11” W wraps the corner of the building in an L-shape and is framed by a custom aluminum surround with integrated lighting elements. The display is positioned to capture high-volume foot and vehicle traffic within the vibrant L.A. LIVE district and contributes to the dynamic visual landscape of downtown. LED installation was awarded to LucentHD.

AJP has been working with AEG and L.A. LIVE since 2022 on digital signage feasibility studies and technology system upgrade planning across district.

LA Live hosts over 20 million visitors a year and showcases more hospitality options, events, award shows, sporting competitions and concerts than any other destination in the world.
