OUR HISTORY
Anthony James Partners (AJP), was established in 2007 by co-founders, Michael Rowe and Frank Moraski. The company began with a vision to do things differently; in the acquisition of large-scale LED technology, digital signage networks and AV system design and engineering, it was clear that Ownership was getting a raw deal. The industry was (and continues to be) fraught with ever-changing technological advancements, confusing specifications, and general misinformation regarding products and services. To solve the problem, Mike and Frank developed a turnkey process, from design to closeout, to guide Ownership through every step while saving money and providing long-term protection. AJP’s ongoing success is the result of client relationships built on trust, along with the consistent delivery of exceptional results. Our philosophy has always been to limit bureaucracy, reject traditional building practices, remain objective, and act as a true Owner’s Representative.
MICHAEL ROWE
Background: With nearly thirty years of experience in technology, construction efficiencies and commercial real estate development, Michael is an accomplished executive. Prior to forming AJP, he established the sports divisions for LED sales in North America for both Lighthouse Technologies and Philips Electronics. A native of Canada, he began his career with Recreation Services International, negotiating public/private partnerships between Canadian municipalities and Union organizations. In 1994, Michael moved to the United States to build a chain of arenas as part of a Senior Development Team for TrizecHahn, the largest publicly traded real estate company in North America.
FRANK MORASKI
As Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of AJP, Frank is responsible for project operational oversight, providing supervision and leadership to AJP team members, and interfacing with stakeholders through each milestone. Highly experienced and capable, Frank is an operational, technical and financial expert who regularly guides projects and clients through complicated phases to reach successful and on-time completion.
Background: In 1997, Frank cofounded ANC Sports, a leading company in sports signage and marketing specializing in LED video, ribbon board and rotational signage. Frank served as Executive Vice President for seven years, managing both the operations and research / development departments. Prior to ANC Sports, Frank spent five years with Dorna USA, a sports marketing and signage company, where he was responsible for structuring the service and operations department, managing a staff of over 40 signage operators interspersed throughout a variety of sports venues around the country. Frank possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Montclair State College, and a Master’s Degree in Sports Management from St. Thomas University.
