PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
As part of a new stadium lease agreement, the Milwaukee Brewers launched the 2025 season with significant infrastructure improvements at American Family Field. Anthony James Partners (AJP) was engaged as the technology consultant responsible for planning and executing a full upgrade of the venue’s aging broadcast cabling infrastructure—originally installed when the stadium opened in 1997.
AJP worked closely with the Brewers and outside production teams to design a modern, future-ready broadcast system, including a complete rebuild of the TV truck dock and marshalling area. The project involved the removal of all legacy cabling and JBT locations, followed by the installation of all-new fiber and SMPTE cabling, broadcast plates, and a new truck interface enclosure. The turnkey solution that included new TVRP racks and a fully modernized signal flow to broadcast trucks—resulting in significantly improved video quality and reliability.
Through a competitive bid process managed by AJP, ZTransform was selected as the integration partner. The upgrades debuted without issue during the home opener, earning strong praise from both in-house and external production teams. The new interface and QC station dramatically simplified connections and signal quality checks, providing a seamless and more efficient workflow for game-day operations. The enhanced infrastructure not only supports today’s high-definition broadcasts but also positions the venue for long-term broadcast and content delivery advancements.
