PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

AJP had the privilege of collaborating with Dignity Health Sports Park to design, procure, and oversee the construction of two distinctive digital marquee signs near the home of the LA Galaxy.

Standing tall at 115 feet high aside two of Southern California’s busiest freeways (high-traffic Interstate 405 and Interstate 91, California’s major east-west highway ) the vibrant, two-sided road signs feature 7,000 square feet of display screen space.

AJP’s design incorporates 5 interior catwalks and a ladder for access and servicing, while incorporating both new and existing structure from former sign that stood in its place. The marquee signs feature double-sided LED displays (measuring 38 feet wide by 50 feet high), with static signage that includes face-illuminated, channel-cut lettering and tension signage for sports park and team branding. Illuminated by RGBW and plexineon specialty lighting, the custom digital signage truly stands out.

The location of the large-scale out of home advertising assets attract the attention of daily commuters through the City of Los Angeles, as well as travelers and traffic coming in from neighboring Orange County, Riverside County, and further afield. The marquees are also in close proximity to the coastal cities of Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, and Rancho Palos Verdes.
